OSTS- Automatic Tray Return System (ATRS)

OSTS Automatic tray return system (ATRS) has been designed to transport the trays automatically from the end of the line to the beginning of the security checkpoints.

System is able to be integrated with X-ray baggage control systems. It consists of a group of conveyors, tray dispenser module(s), a tray collector module, and a reject unit to separate suspicious bags from the main line.

It improves passenger throughput significantly while providing a better passenger experience and smoother operation.

OSTS is a flexible and modular system. It can be designed at any length, width, shape or color in order to meet customer demands.

Upon request, a UV-C light based tray disinfection system can also be integrated to the system.
